What areas do you service?
Currently, Ninja Mom Cleaning Service is available in the tri-cities: Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge. If you are in a rural area or small town within 20km of any of these cities please feel free to reach out via our contact page for a custom quote.

How do I get a FREE, no-obligation quote?
Visit our “Request a Quote” page and tell us a bit about your home, where you are located, and the services you require. You will receive a response within 24 hours. In addition to online quoting, you can also call Angela at xxx-xxx-xxxx with any questions or to schedule your cleaning appointment.

How much will my cleaning cost?
There are a few determining factors. Our flat-rate fee for cleanings is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the square footage of your home. Any home that is larger than 3,000 sq ft will be billed hourly. If you require a partial cleaning, hourly rates will apply.

What about gratuity?
A gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated. If you are enjoying your Ninja Mom clean home, the best thing you can do is recommend us to your friends and family. We always leave a few of our business cards for you to share.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards processed through Stripe, cash and e-transfer. Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer. All cleanings will be paid for, in full, the day before the cleaning. Any rate adjustments can be made after the cleaning has taken place.

Do you bring all equipment and cleaning supplies?
We bring along all the necessary equipment and cleaning products to ensure a thorough and deep clean, every time. Our green and environmentally-friendly products are safe for use around children and pets, making them the preferred choice of all our customers. If you prefer we do use your vacuum or cleaning supplies, no problem! Just let us know when booking your service.

How long will the cleaning take?
Each appointment takes between 2-4 hours, longer for larger and more complex requests.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be home. Simply tell our cleaners how they will gain entry to your home (lockbox, keypad code, or key under the mat) and they will let themselves in at the time of service. Our Ninja Moms are all vetted and extremely trustworthy; they will be sure to lock-up after your cleaning is complete.

What should I do with my pets?
For the safety of our staff and the comfort of your pet, we ask that they be kept in a safe place, such as a crate, during the cleaning.
